The Department of Economics invites applications for one opening at the level of Associate professor.  The department is well known for its emphasis on applied microeconomic research, especially in the areas of Public, Labor, Urban, and International Trade/Development.  We seek to solidify our core strengths by hiring an economist in the area of labor/public economics.  Candidates are expected to have an outstanding research record relative to rank, along with the capacity to supervise Ph.D. student research.  The search begins immediately and will remain open until the position is filled.
