Carnegie Moscow Center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
Established in 1993 by the Washington-based Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The Center accommodates foreign and Russian researchers collaborating with Washington staff on a variety of topical areas and policy-relevant projects covering a broad range of contemporary policy issues - military, political, and economic.
The Center of International Studies (CIS)
A major research arm of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, its primary purpose is the support of scholarship relating to issues of international security and world order, modernization and development, and international political economy.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) was established in 1991. It exists to foster the transition towards open market-oriented economies and to promote private and entrepreneurial initiative in the countries of central and eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) committed to and applying the principles of multiparty democracy, pluralism and market economics.
